A Different Kind of
Billing Partner

Accounts Billing Service was founded in 2012 in Bainbridge, Georgia with a clear mission — to give healthcare practices across the Southeast a smarter, more personal alternative to large national billing companies.

We saw firsthand that practices were being underserved. Billing was getting outsourced to companies that didn't know the regional payer landscape, didn't train their staff properly, and weren't reachable when something went wrong. ABS was built to be the opposite of that.

From day one, we focused on early-out programs, extended business office services, and practice management — the areas where getting it right early in the revenue cycle makes the biggest difference. That focus hasn't changed.

Today ABS serves physician practices, hospital systems, and healthcare organizations across the region — with the same hands-on approach and personal accountability we've always stood for.

Accounts Billing Service founded in Bainbridge, Georgia. Early focus on patient statements and early-out programs for physician practices.

2014

Expanded into extended business office services, becoming a full outsourced billing partner for growing medical practices.

2017

Added in-house training services, helping client staff improve front-end collections and patient financial conversations.
